Thank you for shopping at AI-Roaster. Due to the nature of our products (digital goods, AI prompts, and online courses), we have a specific refund policy in place to protect all parties:

Digital Products (Prompts & Files)

• All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the payment is completed and the download link or file is provided to the customer.
• Once you receive the digital files, the information is in your possession and cannot be returned or guaranteed unused.

Online Courses

• Course fees cannot be refunded once you have enrolled in the course and started accessing or viewing the content.

Exceptional Cases (Eligible for Review)

Refund or replacement requests will only be considered in the following cases:

• If there is a technical defect in the downloaded file that prevents it from being opened or used, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
• If you mistakenly receive a file or order different from the exact product you purchased.
